<description>Thanks again, Alan, for a wonderful, user friendly and yet profound message.

I lost my beloved, and very special, dog 2 weeks ago in a horrid accident in the back garden. I know she gave me her time and love unconditionally and is now a happy girlie . . . . I just miss her so much . . . but I learned three major things from my girl - service, appreciation and unconditional love. Three qualities I have thought I was living and have been teaching for a long time but wow! how limited have I been.

Your messages have helped me enormously and I thank you.
